Payment Policy
Al momento de la reserva, recibirá un correo eléctronico con un número, la fecha elegida, la hora de entrega y el vehículo de At time of booking you will receive a reservation number, with your chosen date, time and vehicle for the rental. To guarantee this reservation the payment must be made 7 days prior the delivery date (by wire transfer or Credit Card).
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be made to our email address: info@cosmoscooter.com.
If the request is received within 2 days or less prior the date of the rental the scooter/wheelchair or orthopaedic material will de refunded at 50%
Cancellation requests received up to 5 days prior the delivery date of the scooter/wheelchair or orthopaedic material will be refunded at 80%.
Voluntary termination by you of the rental period in progress will result in no refund of the deposit.
A re-schedule requested by you will only be accepted up to 5 days prior the date of delivery and will be subjected to new date availability. If the requested date is not available, next possible dates will be given. If any of these dates are not viable for you, then the rental will be cancelled and 80% of deposit payment will be refunded.
